"Who do I call if I have a question or run into a problem?"
Call 1-800-722-0300 ext. 77449. A member of the Closing Stream department will be available to assist you.

"Why Do I Need To Authenticate My Identity"
The authentication procedures help ensure your personal information is kept secure. It also allows you to acknowledge that you agree with the terms and conditions of the loan documents.

"Who Needs to Authenticate"
Everyone required to sign loan documents on this transaction need to authenticate separately and receive their individual PIN’s.

"Will My Credit Score Be Affected?"
No. However we do access your credit profile for specific questions in order to verify your identity. We utilize a "Soft Hit" that does not affect your credit score.

"Why do I need to sign a POA?"
The POA allows us to do all the signing for you, but only for this particular loan, with your particular lender, for a particular amount, on a particular day, and only if you do not cancel the transaction within your 3-day rescission period. The POA then expires as soon as

"Do we both need to be there?"
It’s best, but there are numerous ways to do it. You could both be sitting in front of the same computer or you could both log on to the site from different locations. If necessary we can close at separate times.

"Do I have to use Internet Explorer, or can I use any browser?"
Currently the system supports Internet Explorer and Netscape Navigator browsers. If you normally use Mozilla Firefox, or Opera as your default browser, you’ll have to find that old "Blue E" and open an Internet Explorer page. Then "cut and paste" the link into this page. If you have any problems, don’t worry, your closer will talk you through it.

"I'm using an Apple computer, what browser will work for me?"
The best is Netscape, but Safari will work most of the time. Internet Explorer WILL NOT WORK if you are on an Apple.

"What is my password to get into the WebEx internet closing site?"
The password is your last name.

"I just received a UPS Package with a lot of loan documents, what do I do?"
Just read them over and hang on to them, they are your customer copies. PLEASE DO NOT SIGN, NOTARIZE, OR SEND THESE DOCS ANYWHERE!
