How does it work?

  1. LSI will authenticate your identity prior to the closing.
  2. You will be presented with a loan specific Power-of-Attorney (POA) which you will need to have notarized by a notary of your choice.
  3. You will return the notarized POA to LSI prior to the closing event.
  4. Once POA is received by LSI and the loan undergoes final approval by your lender, LSI is ready to close your loan at your earliest convenience.
  5. At the time of closing, you will enter LSI’s secure web site and dial a toll-free number. Your online closing agent will guide you through the closing documents in real time and answer your questions.
